Technimen Agha (Pvt). Ltd. was established in 1970 as Technimen Corporation. This institution was conceived under the leadership of the late Mr. Agha Kamal Haider. His goal was to provide the health care market with specialized, hand crafted surgical instruments designed to meet the highest standard in quality. In 1976, Mr. Agha Kamal Haider took a giant step forward towards becoming one of the leading manufacturers of quality instruments capable of exporting surgical instruments to health care companies worldwide, by entering into a joint venture agreement with Gebrüder Martin GmbH & Co.KG from Tuttlingen, Germany. Technimen Corporation thereby; on 30th July 1976 became Technimen Gema (Pvt). Ltd., after getting registered with the assistant registrar; joint-stock companies, Lahore, Pakistan. In 1992, Mr. Bilal Haider Agha took over the reins of the organization and work towards rapid growth, internal innovation, and expansion of the company. Later on, in the year 2003, Mr. Bilal Haider Agha restructured the company by ending the business partnership. The end of Technimen Gema (Pvt). Ltd. resulted in the formation of a new company called Technimen (Pvt). Ltd., formed on 30th July 2003. This restructuring helped the company in becoming renowned industry leaders of Original Equipment Manufacturing and Original Design Manufacturing of medical instruments and related products. Throughout the five decades of business, the name Technimen has been synonymous with quality. In the year 2007; on 08th August 2007; Technimen (Pvt). Ltd. became Technimen Agha (Pvt). Ltd., as we know to date. We truly believe that our persistent allegiance to this equation is what has helped our organization remain competitive in the market and attain good business throughout the years.
